About us

Small-town roots.
Worldwide reach.

Allegheny Worldwide is an independent travel agency powered by Fora Travel. We’re rooted in northwestern Pennsylvania and plan trips for travelers across the country, from easy resort weekends and family vacations to cruises and the milestone trips you’ll talk about for years.

Our story

We plan your trip
like it’s our own.

Allegheny Worldwide began in northwestern Pennsylvania, and our small-town roots still shape how we work. We listen first, we remember the details and we do what we say we’ll do.

Our name says the rest. Allegheny is home. Worldwide is where we’ll help you go, whether that’s a long weekend at a beach resort, a family’s first trip to Disney, a cruise north for the northern lights or the honeymoon you’ve been dreaming about.

Our team reads every request, and you’ll have an advisor who knows your plans from the first idea to the trip home.

What we believe

Your plans.
Your pace.

Three things we hold to on every trip, whether it’s one hotel night or two weeks in Italy.

The trip fits you

Your trip should fit the way you like to travel, not the other way around. We start with your pace, your budget and who’s coming.

Room to dream

Bring us the big idea: a first trip to Disney, a month across the world or anything in between. We’ll work out how to get you there.

We’ve got your back

From the first idea to the last night, you know exactly who to call. If plans change, we’ll help with the next step.

Powered by Fora Travel

Personal service.
Real booking power.

Fora Travel is the full-service travel agency and technology company behind every booking we make. Being powered by Fora Travel gives our team modern booking tools, trusted contacts at hotels, cruise lines and tour companies, first-hand insight on where to stay and sail, and an affiliation that lets us pass on extras at select hotels, when available.

Those extras may include daily breakfast, a hotel credit, a room upgrade or VIP recognition. We’ll always tell you which are confirmed and which are requests.

We’re paid a commission by the travel companies we book with, so in most cases booking through us costs the same as booking on your own. On most bookings, we’re paid only after your trip ends. That can be 90 days or more after trip completion, so we’re invested in every detail until you’re home.
