Allegheny Worldwide (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an independent travel agency powered by Fora Travel. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

About us and Fora Travel
We’re an independent travel agency powered by Fora Travel, Inc., the agency every booking we make goes through. Fora’s own terms and policies are in its Legal Center. Our trip request form and destination guides open on Fora Travel’s website, where Fora’s terms apply.
Using our site
- Use the site for your own trip planning and inspiration, and use it lawfully.
- Don’t try to disrupt the site or gain unauthorized access to it, copy it in bulk, or send us false or harmful information.
- You must be at least 18 to book travel with us.
Trip information and prices
We work to keep what we publish accurate and current, but travel changes quickly. Prices, availability, inclusions, schedules, policies and entry requirements can change without notice, so treat what you read here as general information, not an offer or a guarantee. We’ll confirm the details that matter before you book.
Extras such as daily breakfast, a hotel credit, a room upgrade or VIP recognition depend on the hotel and your booking, and are offered when available. We’ll always tell you which extras are confirmed and which are requests.
Trip requests and bookings
- Sending a trip request doesn’t commit you or us to anything. Nothing is booked until you say yes.
- Each booking is with the travel company that provides it, such as a hotel, cruise line or tour operator, and is subject to that company’s terms, including its payment, change, cancellation and refund rules. We’ll share the key terms before you book.
- Please check that every traveler’s details are correct. You’re responsible for travel documents and entry requirements, such as passports, visas and health rules. We’ll point you to official sources, but governments set and change these rules.
- We recommend travel insurance for most trips, and we can help you compare options.
How we’re paid
In most cases, the travel companies we book with pay us a commission, so booking through us costs the same as booking on your own. If a trip ever needs a planning fee, we’ll tell you up front, before any work begins.
When plans change
The travel companies provide the travel services you book and are responsible for them. We can’t control their policies or actions, or events outside anyone’s control, such as weather, strikes or illness. If plans change or something isn’t right, we’ll help you with the next step.
Our content
The words, designs, graphics and our own photos on this site belong to Allegheny Worldwide. Many photos come from the hotels and travel companies we work with and are used with their permission, as each photo’s credit notes. Please don’t copy or reuse our content or photos without permission. Sharing a link to any page is always welcome.
Links to other sites
Our site links to other websites, including Fora Travel’s trip request form and destination guides, travel companies’ sites and our social media pages. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we’re not responsible for their content.

If you sign up, we’ll email you trip ideas about once a month. You can unsubscribe anytime using the link in any email. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your email address.
Disclaimers and limits
This site and its content are provided “as is”, for general information. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the site and won’t be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that can’t be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
