Plan a trip

A rough idea
is all it takes.

Share whatever you know so far: a place you’ve been dreaming about, a few possible dates, who’s coming. Our team reads every request and follows up personally to plan the rest with you.

Our request form opens on Fora Travel’s secure site, the agency we book through.

Before you start

Helpful to have handy.
None of it has to be final.

Ballpark answers are perfect. Anything you’re not sure about yet, we’ll work out together.

Where

A place you have in mind, or just the feel of the trip: beach, mountains, a city you’ve never seen.

When

Exact dates or a general window. Flexible works, too.

Who

Everyone who’s coming, including kids’ ages.

Budget

A range you’re comfortable with, so we can plan to it.

Favorites

Hotels or brands you already love, and any loyalty programs you belong to.

Must-haves

What would make the trip for you, and anything that would break it.

The form starts with your contact details to set up your traveler profile. Then share as much of this as you like.

What happens next

One request.
A real conversation.

Sending a request doesn’t commit you to anything. Here’s how it goes from there.

01

We read your request

We go through everything you shared and start sketching ideas that fit.

02

We reach out

Within 24 hours, we’ll be in touch by call, text or email, whichever you prefer, to talk it through.

03

We send you options

A short list of stays and experiences picked for you, with our honest take on each. We fine-tune until it feels right.

04

You say yes, we book it

Nothing is booked until you approve it. Then we handle the reservations, request any available extras and stay with you until you’re home.

There’s no minimum. One hotel night counts.

Good to know

Fair questions.
Straight answers.

Does it cost more?

In most cases, no. The travel companies we book with pay us a commission, so booking with us usually costs the same as booking on your own.

How far ahead should I reach out?

As early as you can, especially for holidays, school breaks and peak seasons. But reach out anytime, and we’ll tell you what’s realistic.

Not sure where to go yet?

That’s a great time to talk. Tell us roughly when, who’s coming and the kind of trip you’re in the mood for.

Can I keep my points?

You can usually keep your status and keep earning points on eligible rates.

Already booked

Booked it yourself?
We may still be able to help.

Depending on the hotel or cruise line, your booking terms and timing, we may be able to take over an eligible reservation and request available perks. Nothing changes on your reservation unless you say yes.

Tell us the hotel or cruise line, your dates and where you booked (directly, a travel site or a card portal). Please leave out any card details.
